- created content levels 1-8, coordinated meetings and revised the curriculum and syllabus for the complete drum set studies program.
- coordinated meetings with senior teachers and Academy to identify, understand and meet needs
and new direction of the school with a newly revised curriculum
- led a peer review focus group with four professional drummers and teachers in reviewing new
curriculum and made final appropriate revisions
- presented new curriculum to teachers from all Arcadia Academy locations addressing questions
